From worm to dragon

Tap Play. Every run starts as a Small Worm. The carousel on the home screen shows all eight forms ahead of you.

Pick a difficulty in Settings: Easy gives you 5 lives, Medium 3, Hard 2 and Extreme only 1. Harder settings are faster and have more obstacles.

Eat apples to grow and score. Do not run into yourself, and once you are a Cobra, do not hit the edge of the map.

• Swipe anywhere on the board to turn.
• Or use the on-screen pad.
• With a keyboard, arrow keys or WASD steer and Space breathes fire.

Red apples are common, golden apples are worth more, and rainbow apples are rare and worth the most.

The bar under the top of the screen fills as you eat. When it is full you evolve: the board freezes, the old form shatters and the new one appears, and you get an evolution bonus.

The first evolution takes 10 apples, and each one after that takes a few more. The game's clock pauses during the cutscene, so it never costs you a power-up.

Each form keeps everything the one before it had, and adds one thing:

• Small Snake moves faster.
• Large Snake scores 1.5x on every apple.
• Cobra smashes through stone walls.
• Wyvern breathes fire and survives fire traps for one life.
• Young Dragon cannot die on its own tail.
• Adult Dragon teleports to safety at the map edge.

Open Evolution gallery from the home screen to see every form you have reached, its rank and its abilities. Forms you have not reached yet are locked.

Your best runs are on the Leaderboard, kept on your phone.

When a run ends you can watch a short ad to revive and keep your score, once per run.

The Store has four optional one-time purchases: Remove Ads, Dragon Skins, Starter Boost (start as a Large Snake with an extra life) and Revive Pack (2 more revives a run, no ad). Restore purchases brings them back on a new phone.

On an older phone, turn off Particle effects in Settings for a smoother game.
