This Privacy Policy explains how anggastudio ("we", "us") handles information related to your use of the Chess Timer Switcher app (package / bundle ID com.anggastudio.chesstimerswitcher) on Android and iOS. This policy is effective on 9 October 2026.

Chess Timer Switcher is a chess clock for two players sharing one phone at the board. There are no user accounts, no ads, no analytics, no crash reporting, no in-app purchases, and no server operated by us. The app runs entirely offline on your device.

We do not collect any personal data. The app does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, location, photos, or microphone, does not require a login, and does not send data to any server.

Stored only on your device: a small preferences file holding the last time control you used (minutes per player and increment per move) and the sound and vibration switches. It lets the app open ready with the same settings next time. It is never sent to us or to anyone else.

The app never shows a permission prompt. On Android it declares the following technical permissions:

• Vibration: for the buzz when time runs low and when a flag falls. You can turn it off in the app.
• Audio settings: to play the clock sounds.
• Internet and network state: included by the app framework we build on. The app itself makes no network requests.

The app keeps the screen awake while a game is running. This needs no permission and reads no data. The app never accesses the microphone. If the iOS app carries a note about the microphone, it is there only because the sound library it uses to play the clock sounds also includes recording features that we do not use.

We do not sell your data and do not share personal data with third parties. The app contains no ads, no analytics, and no tracking SDKs. The app is distributed through Google Play and the App Store; your use of those stores is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and the Apple Privacy Policy.

We do not store user data on servers because we do not operate any. The preferences file on your device is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data in your device settings.

The app is made for a general audience. Because it collects no personal data from anyone, it collects none from children either.

You can:

• turn sound and vibration off on the app's setup screen;
• clear the app data or uninstall the app at any time;
• contact us with privacy questions at angga@anggastudio.dev.

Users in the EU, UK, and other jurisdictions with privacy rights generally have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data. Because we hold no personal data, there is nothing for us to return or erase; the on-device preferences are removed by uninstalling the app.

Because no data leaves your device, the risk surface is very limited. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if a new feature ever processes data. For material changes, we will update the date at the top of this document.

Chess Timer Switcher adalah jam catur untuk dua pemain yang berbagi satu ponsel di samping papan. • Getaran: untuk getaran saat waktu hampir habis dan saat bendera jatuh. Dapat dimatikan di aplikasi.
• Pengaturan audio: untuk memutar suara jam.
• Internet dan status jaringan: disertakan oleh kerangka aplikasi yang kami gunakan. Aplikasi sendiri tidak melakukan permintaan jaringan.

Aplikasi menjaga layar tetap menyala selama permainan berlangsung. Hal ini tidak memerlukan izin dan tidak mengakses data apa pun. Aplikasi tidak pernah mengakses mikrofon. Jika versi iOS memuat catatan tentang mikrofon, catatan itu ada hanya karena pustaka suara yang dipakai untuk memutar bunyi jam juga berisi fitur perekaman yang tidak kami gunakan.

Kami tidak menjual data Anda dan tidak membagikan data pribadi kepada pihak ketiga. Aplikasi ini tidak menyertakan iklan, analitik, atau SDK pelacakan. Aplikasi diunduh melalui Google Play atau App Store. Penggunaan toko tersebut tunduk pada Kebijakan Privasi Google dan Kebijakan Privasi Apple.

Kami tidak menyimpan data pengguna di server karena kami tidak memiliki server. Berkas preferensi di perangkat terhapus ketika Anda menghapus aplikasi atau membersihkan data aplikasi melalui pengaturan perangkat.

Aplikasi ini ditujukan untuk audiens umum. Karena aplikasi tidak mengumpulkan data pribadi dari siapa pun, aplikasi juga tidak mengumpulkan data dari anak-anak.

Anda dapat:

• mematikan suara dan getaran di layar pengaturan aplikasi;
