Kebijakan Privasi ini menjelaskan bagaimana anggastudio("kami") memperlakukan informasi terkait penggunaan aplikasi JemBooth (package com.anggastudio.jembooth) pada perangkat Anda. Dokumen ini berlaku efektif pada 10 August 2026.

JemBooth adalah aplikasi editor foto yang menyusun foto Anda menjadi strip foto (photo booth). Anda dapat memotret langsung di dalam aplikasi atau mengambil foto dari galeri, memilih tata letak, memberikan filter, lalu menyimpan hasilnya. Tidak ada akun pengguna dan tidak ada iklan. Kami tidak melacak cara Anda memakai aplikasi untuk keperluan analitik. Seluruh pengolahan foto terjadi di perangkat Anda.

Aplikasi ini menyediakan langganan berbayar (JemBooth Pro). Pembayaran diproses oleh Google Play, bukan oleh kami. Rinciannya ada di bagian 5.

Tidak kami kumpulkan: nama, alamat email, nomor telepon, kontak, akun, lokasi, rekaman suara, maupun foto Anda. Aplikasi tidak meminta login dan tidak pernah mengunggah foto Anda ke server mana pun. Kami tidak memiliki server untuk menyimpan data Anda.

Diproses dan disimpan secara lokal di perangkat Anda:

• Foto: foto yang Anda potret di dalam aplikasi atau Anda pilih dari galeri disalin ke penyimpanan pribadi aplikasi agar proyek Anda tetap dapat dibuka meskipun foto aslinya nanti Anda hapus dari galeri. Salinan ini hanya berada di perangkat Anda.
• Proyek: tata letak yang dipilih, potongan (crop), filter, dan pengaturan tiap foto disimpan sebagai berkas kecil di perangkat.
• Preferensi: bahasa, tema, dan pengaturan ekspor bawaan.
• Penghitung uji coba: jumlah ekspor Pro gratis yang sudah Anda pakai, disimpan di penyimpanan terenkripsi milik sistem operasi.

Dikirim ke luar perangkat: hanya laporan kerusakan (crash). Ketika aplikasi berhenti tiba-tiba, kami menerima jejak kesalahan teknis, model perangkat, versi Android, versi aplikasi, dan nama layar yang sedang dibuka. Aplikasi juga melaporkan bahwa sebuah sesi dimulai dan berakhir, yang dipakai untuk mengetahui seberapa sering aplikasi berjalan tanpa masalah.

Laporan kerusakan tidak pernah memuat foto Anda. Kami mematikan pengambilan tangkapan layar dan struktur tampilan, serta menghapus nama perangkat sebelum laporan dikirim, karena nama perangkat sering berisi nama pemiliknya. Rinciannya ada di bagian 5.

Aplikasi dapat meminta izin berikut, sesuai versi Android Anda:

• Kamera: untuk fitur photo booth di dalam aplikasi. Foto hasil jepretan langsung disimpan ke penyimpanan aplikasi di perangkat Anda.
• Foto dan media: untuk memilih foto yang sudah ada di galeri, dan untuk menyimpan hasil ekspor kembali ke galeri Anda. Aplikasi hanya membaca foto yang Anda pilih sendiri.
• Internet dan status jaringan: untuk memeriksa status langganan Anda melalui Google Play dan RevenueCat, mengunduh tata letak baru, dan mengirim laporan kerusakan. Aplikasi tidak pernah mengirimkan foto atau isi proyek Anda melalui internet.

Aplikasi tidak meminta izin mikrofon dan tidak merekam audio. Tidak ada fitur video maupun suara.

Foto dan proyek Anda digunakan semata-mata untuk menampilkan, menyunting, dan mengekspor strip foto di perangkat Anda. Kami tidak melihat, menyalin, menganalisis, maupun menjual data Anda. Kami tidak menggunakan foto Anda untuk melatih model kecerdasan buatan.

Kami tidak membagikan foto atau proyek Anda kepada siapa pun. Untuk fitur langganan berbayar, aplikasi menggunakan dua layanan berikut:

• Google Play Billing: memproses pembelian dan perpanjangan langganan. Kami tidak pernah menerima atau menyimpan nomor kartu maupun data pembayaran Anda. Lihat Kebijakan Privasi Google.
• RevenueCat: mengelola status langganan agar aplikasi tahu apakah Anda berlangganan Pro. RevenueCat menerima pengenal anonim yang dibuat acak oleh aplikasi, bukti pembelian dari Google Play, serta informasi dasar perangkat dan negara. RevenueCat tidak menerima foto Anda. Lihat Kebijakan Privasi RevenueCat.
• Sentry: menerima laporan kerusakan agar kami dapat memperbaiki masalah yang membuat aplikasi berhenti tiba-tiba. Yang dikirim hanyalah jejak kesalahan teknis, model perangkat, versi Android, versi aplikasi, dan nama layar yang sedang dibuka. Sentry tidak menerima foto Anda, tidak menerima nama perangkat, dan tidak kami pakai untuk mengenali Anda sebagai pribadi. Lihat Kebijakan Privasi Sentry.

Jika Anda menggunakan tombol Bagikan, foto hasil ekspor dikirim ke aplikasi yang Anda pilih sendiri (misalnya WhatsApp atau Instagram). Selanjutnya, data tersebut tunduk pada kebijakan privasi aplikasi tersebut, bukan kebijakan ini.

Semua foto, proyek, dan preferensi disimpan di penyimpanan pribadi aplikasi pada perangkat Anda. Menghapus sebuah proyek di dalam aplikasi akan menghapus foto salinan milik proyek tersebut. Menghapus (uninstall) aplikasi akan menghapus seluruh data aplikasi dari perangkat.

Hasil ekspor yang sudah Anda simpan ke galeri adalah milik Anda dan tidak ikut terhapus ketika aplikasi dihapus.

Riwayat pembelian tetap tersimpan di akun Google Play Anda dan di RevenueCat selama diperlukan untuk mengelola langganan, sesuai kebijakan masing-masing layanan.

Laporan kerusakan disimpan di Sentry selama masa retensi bawaan layanan tersebut, lalu dihapus otomatis. Laporan ini tidak terhubung ke akun apa pun, karena aplikasi memang tidak punya akun.

JemBooth bukan aplikasi yang ditujukan untuk anak di bawah 13 tahun dan tidak dirancang untuk mereka. Kami tidak dengan sengaja mengumpulkan data pribadi dari anak-anak. Karena aplikasi tidak mengumpulkan data pribadi dari siapa pun, tidak ada data anak yang kami simpan.

• Anda dapat menolak atau mencabut izin kamera dan foto kapan saja melalui Pengaturan Android. Fitur yang membutuhkannya akan berhenti bekerja, tetapi aplikasi tetap dapat dibuka.
• Anda dapat menghapus proyek satu per satu di dalam aplikasi, atau menghapus seluruh data dengan meng-uninstall aplikasi.
• Anda dapat membatalkan langganan kapan saja melalui Google Play Store, di menu Langganan pada akun Anda.
• Anda dapat menghubungi kami untuk pertanyaan atau permintaan penghapusan data melalui email di bagian 11.

Karena foto dan proyek tidak pernah meninggalkan perangkat Anda, risiko kebocoran dari sisi kami sangat kecil: kami tidak memiliki basis data yang berisi data Anda. Penghitung uji coba disimpan menggunakan penyimpanan terenkripsi yang disediakan sistem operasi. Keamanan perangkat Anda sendiri (kunci layar, enkripsi perangkat) tetap menjadi lapisan perlindungan utama.

Kami dapat memperbarui Kebijakan Privasi ini bila fitur aplikasi berubah. Tanggal "Terakhir diperbarui" di bagian atas halaman ini akan ikut berubah. Perubahan berlaku sejak dipublikasikan di halaman ini.

This Privacy Policy explains how anggastudio("we") handles information related to your use of the JemBooth application (package com.anggastudio.jembooth) on your device. It is effective as of 10 August 2026.

JemBooth is a photo editor that arranges your pictures into photo booth strips. You can shoot inside the app or import from your gallery, pick a layout, apply filters, and save the result. There are no user accounts and no advertising. We do not track how you use the app for analytics. All photo processing happens on your device.

The app offers a paid subscription (JemBooth Pro). Payment is handled by Google Play, not by us. See section 5.

We do not collect: your name, email address, phone number, contacts, accounts, location, audio recordings, or your photos. The app has no login and never uploads your photos to any server. We do not operate a server that stores your data.

Processed and stored locally on your device:

• Photos:pictures you take in the app or pick from your gallery are copied into the app’s private storage so your projects keep working even if you later delete the originals from your gallery. Those copies stay on your device.
• Projects: the chosen layout, crops, filters and per-photo adjustments, saved as small files on the device.
• Preferences: language, theme and default export settings.
• Trial counter: how many free Pro exports you have used, kept in operating-system encrypted storage.

Sent off your device: crash reports only. When the app stops unexpectedly we receive the technical error trace, the device model, the Android version, the app version, and the names of the screens that were open. The app also reports that a session started and ended, which is what tells us how often it runs without trouble.

A crash report never contains your photos. Screenshot and view-hierarchy capture are switched off, and the device name is removed before a report is sent, because device names very often contain their owner’s name. See section 5.

The app may request the following, depending on your Android version:

• Camera: for the in-app photo booth. Captured photos are written straight to the app’s storage on your device.
• Photos and media: to pick pictures you already have, and to save finished strips back to your gallery. The app only reads the photos you select.
• Internet and network state: to check your subscription status through Google Play and RevenueCat, to download new layouts, and to send crash reports. The app never sends your photos or project contents over the internet.

The app does not request microphone access and does not record audio. There is no video or sound feature.

Your photos and projects are used solely to display, edit and export photo strips on your device. We do not view, copy, analyse or sell your data. We do not use your photos to train artificial intelligence models.

We do not share your photos or projects with anyone. For the paid subscription, the app uses two services:

• Google Play Billing: processes purchases and renewals. We never receive or store your card number or payment details. See the Google Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat: manages subscription status so the app knows whether you are on Pro. RevenueCat receives a randomly generated anonymous identifier created by the app, purchase receipts from Google Play, and basic device and country information. RevenueCat does not receive your photos. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
• Sentry: receives crash reports so we can fix whatever made the app stop unexpectedly. What it gets is the technical error trace, the device model, the Android version, the app version, and the names of the screens that were open. Sentry does not receive your photos, does not receive your device name, and is not used to identify you as a person. See the Sentry Privacy Policy.

If you use the Share button, the exported image is handed to whichever app you choose, such as WhatsApp or Instagram. From that point it is governed by that app’s privacy policy, not this one.

All photos, projects and preferences live in the app’s private storage on your device. Deleting a project in the app deletes that project’s copied photos. Uninstalling the app removes all of its data from the device.

Exports you have already saved to your gallery belong to you and are not removed when the app is uninstalled.

Purchase history remains with your Google Play account and with RevenueCat for as long as it is needed to manage the subscription, under their respective policies.

Crash reports are held by Sentry for that service’s default retention period and then deleted automatically. They are not linked to any account, because the app does not have accounts.

JemBoothis not directed to children under 13 and is not designed for them. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, we hold no children’s data.

• You can deny or revoke camera and photo permissions at any time in Android Settings. Features that need them stop working, but the app still opens.
• You can delete projects individually in the app, or remove all data by uninstalling it.
• You can cancel the subscription at any time in the Google Play Store, under Subscriptions in your account.
• You can contact us with questions or a deletion request by email, see section 11.

Because photos and projects never leave your device, the risk of a breach on our side is minimal: we hold no database of your data. The trial counter is kept using operating-system encrypted storage. The security of your own device, such as a screen lock and device encryption, remains the primary layer of protection.

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app’s features change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change with it. Changes take effect when published on this page.
